Event Date:
Oct 31 2018 - 4:00pm - 9:00pm

The annual Tasmanian Church Planting Confernece is a time to join with men and women from across Tasmania who desire to see more gospel-centred churches established across the state.

In 2018 we are pleased to invite back Andrew Heard from EV Church on the NSW Central Coast.

We believe that God’s Word is powerful to both save and mature believers, making them ready for the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Because of this, we are convinced that the Word works, and that a Word-shaped ministry will be an effective ministry.

We know from experience that it is possible to conduct a ministry in a way that makes the Word of God incomprehensible and inaccessible. We also know that it is possible to conduct a ministry in a way that makes the activities of the church slower, harder, more expensive, and less pleasant than it needs to be.

We don’t want God’s living Word to be a tack-on or a small part of our church planting ministries; we want it to rule and shape and influence everything that we do.

That’s why this year we are focusing on Planting that Works - by the Word
